The A Pennant and Palmanui semi finals were played in very windy, showery and cold conditions yesterday at Castlecliff Golf Club. The long Castlecliff layout provided a very difficult test for players particularly into the wind, and was a big advantage to the players that had the ability to hit hard, low and straight.
