Below is a form to be completed by everyone that is available to represent Manawatu Wanganui in 2020 in various rep fixtures. Please also read the information document under men's and women's rep golf on our website advising requirements for selection to each rep fixture.

The Rep Fundraiser on Sunday June 14th at Feilding Golf Club is a compulsory event for all rep players, as it is very important so we can raise enough funds to cover expenses to this years events. If you have a genuine reason why you can't play, please advise us so you can still be considered for rep fixtures this year. The success of this event depends a lot on your commitment to play.

If your situation changes throughout the year which makes you unavailable for rep events please let us know.
