Which district clubs are open for play during Level 3?

Now that golf is allowed to be played under Level 3, here is a list of courses that have advised us that they are open for play and some of their restrictions. Note that some facilities are open only to members at this stage:

Palmerston North Golf Club: Currently members only, but may open up for green fees part way through next week. Contact: 06 351 0700 

Marton Golf Club: Currently open to members only, residing in the Rangitikei district.

Rangitikei Golf Club, Bulls: Open to member and green fee paying visitors. Contact Bronwyn at, or phone 0273022888. Note: Players must provide all the required information, date, name, address, phone, email and then contact Bronwyn when they have finished and are leaving course.

Pahiatua Golf Club: Open to members and green fee paying visitors. Contact Andrew McKnight 027 8263667, 06 376 7445, or email Note that most follow guidelines released by NZ Golf.

Buckley Golf Club, Shannon: Open to members only at this stage.

Castlecliff Golf Club, Whanganui: Open to members and green fee paying visitors. Contact Rodney Donaldson on 06 344 4554 or email Note that strict bubble guidelines must be adhered to.

Manawatu Golf Club: Open for members only.

Feilding Golf Club: Currently open for members only.

Rangatira Golf Club, SH1 north of Hunterville: Currently open to members only.

Taihape Golf Club: Open to members and green fee players. Must adhere to NZ Golf guidelines. Email

Linton Camp Golf Club: Currently not open to members and visitors, due to Army Camp access restrictions.

Foxton Golf Club: Open to green fee paying visitors from Sunday 3 May. Go to to see further detail and rules.

Orlando Country Club: Open for green fee paying visitors for 9 hole and 18 hole play. Driving range will remain closed until level 2.
