Munn the defending champion beat the Canadian Amateur champions James Beale in round one, while McDonald defeated 2014 NZ Amateur champion champion Kaden Neho.

The Manawatu Wanganui team had losses to Wellington 1 and Taranaki, but came back strong with a good win in their final match against Wellington 2. The Manawatu Wanganui Womens Masters team had a disappointing result in the Interprovincial at Helensville which finished yesterday. The team was - Jenny Ritchie, Caroline Scott, Jill Hall and Karen Manninen. The team was placed 14th of the 14 teams competing.
