Women's Masters Results

The Manawatu Wanganui womens masters team finished in a share of 12th place in the Masters Interprovincial champs at Methven over the weekend. The team members were: Jenny Ritchie (Marton), Jill Hall (Rangitikei), Rebecca Hopper (Manawatu) & Joanne Wilton-Eadie (Levin).

Auckland won the event led by former NZ Rep, Lisa Herbert (nee Aldridge), by 12 shots over Southland.

The Individual trophy went to another former NZ rep Catherine Knight, from Aorangi, on a countback from Vaha Fapiano from North Harbour.

The event is played over 4 rounds in a gross stableford format, with the best three scores from each team counting toward their team total.
