Lachie McDonald has secured membership to the Australasian Tour with an excellent performance in the final stage of qualifying which finishes today. McDonald finished at -6 which is well inside the top 40 that gain cards and exempt status for the 2016 season.

Thirty two Manawatu Wanganui Juniors travelled to Masterton yesterday to compete in the annual Masterton Junior Open golf tournament. Manawatu Wanganui Golf arranged a Bus from Palmerston North to transport players to the event. Players from Wanganui, Levin, Taihape, Foxton, Feilding, Manawatu & Palmerston North were represented.
