Congratulations to Marton Golf Club for winning the B Grade Pennant competition for 2019. They played the final last Sunday at Levin Golf Club, against Feilding. Marton led 2.5 to 0.5 after the morning foursomes matches, and Feilding rallied in the afternoon to just come up short, with Marton taking it out 5 games to 4. Palmerston North Golf Club won the Handicap Pennant competition for 2019, and now all eyes are on the B Grade final this weekend. The two finalists are Feilding and Marton, after Feilding defeated Castlecliff 5 - 4 in one semi final, and Marton defeated Manawatu 7 - 2 in the other. Congratulations to Palmerston North Golf Club for taking out the 2019 Handicap Pennants. Semi finals and the final were played at Feilding Golf Club, after Feilding won the rights to host, finishing on top of the rankings after round robin competition.
